i am looking for a roommate in my squatter apartment on 301 e 3rd street. i think a fire and a bad morgage deal left the place empty so ive been squatting here for the past 5 months. my old roommate passed away recently when he was shooting up because of some kind of air bubble got into his needle and his brain aneurysed (the coroners report said that it looked like the right half of his brain shot the left half) been doin okay solo but i’m getting pretty lonelyso i wanted to open the place up a bit.
i’m a pretty chill guy and i plan on staying here a while. this is sort of a squat-to-own type scenario where i’m just staying here until the “legal” rights to place are mine. i’d like a roommate who gonna be here for a while but i wouldn’t mind if you just need a place to crash until some shit blows over.
no heat no hot water of course, but it stays pretty warm because most of the windows are still there. there’s a clan of like 20 or so cats that come and go, so if youre allergic it may be an issue but they are usually friendly if you know your shit. Wifi from next door is free and the power is still on for some reason.
good location on 3rd street. a couple of needle exhanges in walking distance and some good parks. anash at dunkin donuts also will let you take some muffins at the end of the day if you know me.
roommate w/ full facial tattoos preferred but not necessary.
no utilities so you don’t pay utilties. rent is theft so no rent.
No gods no landlords, no landlords no slaves.
